This little girl really put me on the showing map. Kassie was very raw as a baby, but so sound. I mated her to a dog called Peakdale Jackdaw and after the litter she came on in leaps and bounds - so much so 13 weeks after the litter she won her first CC and RBIS at the Pointer Club under Mick Howe's (Medogold). Her second CC came 6 weeks later at SKC under Terry Thorn - where she was also BOB. She then had to wait another 18 months for her crowing CC which she won at The East Of England under Vicky Everington (Peakdale). At the same show she then went on to take Group 3 under Phyllis Woolf.
4 days later she went to Leeds and out of a entry of 199 pointers Frank Kane thought she was good enough to take the CC and BOB, she then went into the group and took group 2 behind the Crufts BIS winner Caspians Intrepid the group judge was Anne Webster.
I took the decision to only show her occasionally after then as I did not want her getting knocked and being beaten by something that was not as good as her. She did appear one last time in June 2001 at Southern Counties and again took the CC and BOB under David Everington (Peakdale ) and again she was short listed in the group. She also took 3 RCC's.
